Creek Style^™ Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Standard Creek Style^™ apparel, including our made-to-order shirts and caps, is eligible for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging when supplied. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

Email rodney@creekstyle.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to sizing, color preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, Creek Style^™ will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Made-to-Order and Personalized Products

Most Creek Style^™ products are made after an order is placed. Standard, non-personalized products remain eligible for our 30-day return policy.

Products personalized specifically for an individual customer are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Sale items and gift cards are generally non-returnable, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Include your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the problem and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, customers may return an eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional bank processing time may apply.
