Order Processing All Creek Style™ products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery We ship to addresses within the United States only. Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery times vary by carrier and your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at rodney@creekstyle.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. We'll work with you to make it right.
